Returns and Exchanges
If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we'll be happy accept returns of unworn/used goods in original packaging and with labels attached where applicable.
Returns must be recieved within 14 days of receiving your order and at the customers own expense.
Returns are processed within 3 working days of us receiving the goods back. This may take longer to process your return at Christmas or Bank Holidays.
Please allow up to a 5-10 working days for refunds to show on your account. We'll refund you by the same method as payment.
We can only exchange an item for a different size or colour in the same style or for a different product of the same price as the original item.
Please note, returning items for exchange will be made at the customers own expense.
We cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit, and therefore recommend using a recorded delivery method for any items intended for return.
Received the incorrect Items?
Sometimes mistakes happen, albeit rarely. If you receive the wrong good accidentally please inform us immediatey and we'll do our best to get the correct items sent to you as soon as possible.
